1. SHIPPING METHODS:

Depend on buyer's inquiries and custom in each country, we will choose most suitablest shipping: UPS, DHL, EMS, FEDEX or CARGO.

Please understand that it takes 1 - 3 days to process the order. We do NOT process and ship orders in the same day.

with Vietnam Remy Hair company, we often ship hair by UPS as it is cheapest and fastest. We suggest you should choose this method.

IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. 

2. RETURN POLICY:

Before ordering, you gave us all your inquiries and standard about hair products detail, if we send our products not like you gave, you should contact us immediately about any problems, we will solve it eachother right.

After discussing without giving final solutions and you still want to return hair products, within 5 days (from the date you received), you can return this hair to us, We will exchange other hair extensions products or refund for you. 

- If you want to change other hairs (not same as ordered products), balance amount will be counted and let you know before shipping hair again and we will be in charge of shipping fee to resend again.

- If you want to refund money, you should resend hair extensions products which you received to us. After you give us Tracking number of resending hair, we will refund all your paid right.

 + We only accept to return products when the products has not been used and original condition.

 + We will be in charge shipping fee to send (from our country to you) and you should pay shipping fee to return ( from your country to us).
